How does the approval process work?

How much will it cost?

How can I do a credit check?

Our clients receive 24/7 access to free online credit checks.  Login and see if your customer is approved.  Our credit team is always available to guide you through tough credit decisions.

Do you offer fuel advances?

Easy answer is YES!  Although, fuel advances are always a case-by-case situation which depends on the load and the customer.  Give our representatives a call to see if your business qualifies for fuel advances.

When will I get paid once I submit invoices?

Single Point offers same day funding. Send us your completed funding packages and we can get you paid via ACH, Wire, Comdata, FleetOne, or any other funding source that meets your business needs.

Do you require originals to get paid?

Single Point will fund off electronic copies. We do not require originals to fund unless your customer requires them. Our clients send us their originals on a weekly basis for filing to make sure that there is always a clear copy on hand.

Do I have to factor all my invoices?

You can factor as many or as little customers as you want. Talk to your Single Point Representative about which customers you are planning to factor for.

Can I see my account online?

Single Point offers our clients 24/7 online access to their accounts. Track your invoices, collections, search debtors, and pull custom reports to help manage your business wherever you are.

What kind of customer support will I get?

Single Point will assign your business a personal Account Executive professional who will walk you through the factoring process and provide you with personal service to ensure that your business is taken care of.

Does Single Point collect payments from my customers?

Yes. Once you send us your freight bills, we take care of the rest. It is our job to ensure that your invoices are billed properly and collected on time. You can always track your collections activity anytime online to verify that your invoices aren’t aging out past their due dates.
