Job Description

We are seeking a Business Development Officer (BDO) to drive sales and revenue growth for our General Factoring services. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new client relationships, managing the sales process, and positioning our factoring solutions to meet the cash flow needs of businesses across various industries.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong sales background, preferably in financial services, B2B sales, or factoring, and is driven by closing deals and building long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect businesses in industries such as staffing, manufacturing, oil & gas, and other B2B sectors
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with business owners, CFOs, and financial decision-makers
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client support
  • Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline activity, and market trends

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in factoring, financial services, lending, or working capital solutions
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong ability to build relationships and close deals in a competitive market
  • Experience selling to industries such as staffing, manufacturing, oil & gas or other B2B markets
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment
