If you are our client, we may collect certain information from you or about you, including, without limitation: Personally Identifiable Information (PII) including, but not limited to, your name, address, Social Security number (SSN), Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), motor carrier number, date of birth, marital status, and family relationships; business information including, but not limited to, employer identification number (EIN), tax identification number (TIN), corporate documents and filings, insurance information, and internal accounting methods; and personal and business financial information such as financial status, assets, income, tax information, transaction history, account balance, payment history, and banking information.
